Detroit Free Press All-PSL/Detroit — 1960s

John Mayberry

Northwestern’s John Mayberry was a 1966 and 1967 Detroit Free Press All-PSL first-teamer before he traded in his basketball shoes for baseball spikes and belted 255 homers over 15 big-league seasons — including his first four with the Houston Astros.
