(Free Press said DeWayne Rogers scored 56 (in a season’s end story) versus Detroit Benedictine. I need to find it in print, before I remove the asterisk for our website. Hoover DOES believe Rogers.)

(**-University of Memphis website claims Chris Douglass-Roberts high school high was 54.  On January 31, 2008, Coach Robert Shannon, who coached Douglass-Roberts at Cass Tech, confirms this performance did not occur when he was a Technician.  Still researching.)

Cass Tech Coach Steve Hall told Bill Hoover the Cass Tech book (the official book) had Roberts at 34 points, but that Henry Ford said he had 39.  Steve Hall said that State Champs reported that Roberts hit 37.)
