Championship: Cass Tech 66, Frederick Douglass, 41 (Coach Steve Hall)
No consolation game. C.M.A. (Communication and Media Arts) and King were in the PSL Final Four.

** After Cass Tech’s 60-45 PSL Elite Eight victory over Western, Cass Tech was INCORRECTLY ruled to have used an ineligible player, and was made to forfeit the victory.  It was reported that C.M.A., who was scheduled to meet Cass Tech in the PSL Final Four at Cass Tech, would now advance to their school’s first-ever PSL championship game.  Cass appealed and proved that Cass did NOT play an ineligible player, thus allowing Cass to advance to play C.M.A. in the PSL Final Four. Due to the delay from the appeal process, the Cass Tech vs. C.M.A. game was played one night later than originally scheduled, and at East English Village, instead of at Cass Tech, where the game was originally scheduled as a doubleheader with the other PSL Final Four game.  Cass Tech defeated C.M.A., 53-44, to advance to the title game to meet Frederick Douglass, who had defeated King in their PSL Final Four game, 76-46, one day earlier, at Cass Tech.
