Catholic League Champ was the University of Detroit-Jesuit (Coach Pat Donnelly) with Birmingham Brother Rice the Catholic League Runners-Up.

*Due to COVID 19, undefeated and Number One ranked in the state Orchard Lake St. Mary’s opted not to play in the Catholic League Tournament.  OLSM were the defending Operation Friendship Champions.  13-1 and number 6 ranked in Division I Cass Tech was not able to defend its PSL title, due to being quarantined by COVID 19.
